Tisodo Fashion offers two convenient payment options:

A. Pay on Delivery

Pay when the delivery agent arrives with your parcel. Please inspect your package upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations. You have the right to return the item if it does not meet your satisfaction.

B. Online payment

Pay while submitting the order, before receiving your package.

Online payments must be completed within 12 hours; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Payment options: Cash, Direct Bank Transfer, or M-Pesa. Provide the transaction number to the delivery rider.

B. Online Payment

Select PesaPal or Bank Transfer during checkout.

Follow the instructions on the next page to complete your payment.

We accept M-Pesa, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Airtel Money, and Bank Transfers.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders within Kenya.

We process orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, and shipped the following day.

All products are shipped from overseas, and you can expect delivery within 2-7 working days. Your order will be delivered by a local courier.

Please ensure that your delivery information is accurate. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays as we’ll need to contact you for updates.

For a smoother and quicker process, please include the reason for the return and, if possible, a video description. Depending on the specific situation, we may deduct the shipping fee from the total amount:

• Nairobi & nearby areas: 399 KSH

• Outside Nairobi: 499 KSH

We cover shipping costs only for defective products.

Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Tisodo Fashion. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

• Returned items must meet the following criteria:

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.

• Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.

• Products purchased through third-party retailers.

• Incorrectly ordered items or products damaged due to improper handling.

Refund Timeline

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your M-Pesa account within 2 weeks.

Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund after the 2-week period, please contact us for an update. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.
