Payment Options at Tisodo Fashion

Tisodo Fashion offers two convenient payment options:

A. Pay on Delivery

Pay in cash or by Mpesa upon delivery after inspecting the item.


B. Online payment

Pay while submitting the order, before receiving your package.

A 3% processing fee applies when using Pesapal.

Online payments must be completed within 12 hours; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.

Eligibility for Returns

• We only accept returns for products purchased directly from https://tisodofashion.com/. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

• Returned items must meet the following criteria:

     

 

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.
• Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered with.

• Incorrectly ordered items or products damaged due to improper handling.
