• We only accept returns for products purchased directly from Tisodo Fashion. If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

• Returned items must meet the following criteria:

In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents; unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).
