Returns

We only accept returns for products purchased directly from https://tisodofashion.com/. If you bought from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns.

Product Condition
Returned items must be:
In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents.
Unused and in the same condition as when shipped (no stains, folded cards, broken seals, or damaged packaging).
Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Personal clothing, spray products, disposable items, and consumables.
Products that have been washed, used, altered, or tampered.
Products purchased through third-party retailers.
Incorrectly ordered items and products damaged due to improper handling.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are refunded, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. We covers shipping costs only for defective products.

If you wish to change the option like size or colour of an item, a shipping fee applies:
Nairobi & nearby areas: 399 KSH
Outside Nairobi: 499 KSH
